The Malcolm Hotel was the perfect backdrop — those mountain views, the cozy atmosphere, and the golden light peeking through the peaks at sunset… absolutely breathtaking. We wandered around Canmore for photos, and I swear every time they looked at each other, they’d start giggling again. It was just them — playful, real, and full of love.

If you’re dreaming of a mountain wedding in Canmore, the Malcolm Hotel is truly one of the most beautiful spots to say “I do.” As a Canmore wedding photographer, I get to see a lot of incredible venues — but this one always stands out with its cozy mountain vibe and stunning views right in the heart of town. And Emily and John’s day? It was the perfect example of what makes this place so magical.
